Ingredients
For the spirulina milk:
1 cup your choice of milk
1/2 tsp blue spirulina
For the matcha:
1 tsp of matcha (sifted)
1/4 cup of hot water (not boiling)
1/2 tsp sweetener
Preparation
In a mug or glass, add milk and spirulina powder. Whisk/froth/blend until mixed + frothy.
In a separate mug or glass, add sifted matcha, hot water and sweetener. Whisk/froth/blend until mix + frothy.
Serve hot or iced.
