Fluffy Vegan Matcha Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour

  • 3 tsp matcha

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • 2 tbsp sugar/sweetener

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 cup unsweetened plant milk

  • 1/4 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 2 tbsp melted vegan butter

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, add all the dry ingredients and mix.

  2. Add wet ingredients and mix until well combined.

  3. Heat a saucepan over a medium heat, pour batter onto pan (about 1/4 cup per pancake). Brown on both sides.

  4. Serve with syrup, powdered sugar, fresh strawberries - whatever your heart desires!
