Ingredients
1 cup flour
3 tsp matcha
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar/sweetener
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup unsweetened plant milk
1/4 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp melted vegan butter
Preparation
In a bowl, add all the dry ingredients and mix.
Add wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
Heat a saucepan over a medium heat, pour batter onto pan (about 1/4 cup per pancake). Brown on both sides.
Serve with syrup, powdered sugar, fresh strawberries - whatever your heart desires!
