Ingredients
1 cup of vegan yogurt
3 tbsp agave or maple syrup
1 tsp of matcha
Nuts + seeds
Preparation
In a bowl, combine your, agave/maple syrup, and matcha. Mix until well combined.
Add mixture into a small bread loan pan, lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle nuts + seeds on top.
Freeze for 5-6 hours.
Cut into squares and enjoy!
