Vegan Matcha Yogurt Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of vegan yogurt

  • 3 tbsp agave or maple syrup

  • 1 tsp of matcha

  • Nuts + seeds

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine your, agave/maple syrup, and matcha. Mix until well combined.

  2. Add mixture into a small bread loan pan, lined with parchment paper.

  3. Sprinkle nuts + seeds on top.

  4. Freeze for 5-6 hours.


Cut into squares and enjoy!
